"La casa y atención recibida por el huesped ha sido horrible. Tenemos mucha experiencia en alquiler vacacional y la casa está muy vieja, en muy mal estado, muy sucia y con electrodomésticos como el aire acondicionado y el lavavajillas estropeados sin que nos hiciera ningún caso el huesped del aviso. En ningún momento se corresponde la casa con las fotos y condiciones del anuncio. El precio es desmesurado para el estado de la casa y la nula atención por parte del huesped."

Barceló Punta Umbria Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"This was the second time we came to this hotel, we went last year as well and again, had a great time! I noticed some differences in friendliness from the staff, they were even more friendly and helpful compared to last year and also the restaurants felt less crowded and hectic which made the experience even better. Rooms and all public areas are very clean, the food is good and the control of the reserved sunbeds continues to be a plus, a special thank you to Miguel who was the control and always made sure there were beds available for everyone."

"This was our second visit to this Hacienda Montija. The hotel itself is situated a little outside the town so it is nice and quiet. We were travelling with our dog and the staff could not have been more pleasant and welcoming. Our room had a lovely balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs. I would have liked more variety for the evening meal but what we got was very enjoyable. We will definitely return."

"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four."
