Room, staff, property was acceptable for the price and its great location. One major issue. There’s a house that is next to the parking lot which has several dogs locked in a cage that bark and howl non stop day and night. It’s super annoying and definitely played a role in our ability to relax by the pool and our balcony. We finally spoke up after several days and we were moved to a different property which was amazing.

Room was fine. Shower controls were a little wacky. We’ve stayed here 3 times and this last time seemed less personable , like u guys didn’t keep the family atmosphere since u went to outrigger owning it. Probably will stay somewhere else on our next trip

Overall, the building looks very weathered, especially around the windows. The rooms look old, outdated furniture and the bathroom. There were mini refrigerators in rooms, but no microwave? We had to go to lobby and get key for “hospitality room” to heat up food. I felt like our service was different ...
