    Welcome to this detached granite house, tucked away in a quiet lane in the heart of town. Enjoy a peaceful setting close to all amenities, with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Finistère.



    The accommodation:

    This fully renovated 70 m² house sleeps up to 3 guests. Please note: one photo shows a double bed, but it is actually two single beds pushed together. The house is semi-detached to another rental but remains completely independent, with a private entrance.



    It features:

    - A bright living room with sofa, TV, and dining area

    - A fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils…)

    - Two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds

    - A modern bathroom with shower

    - Separate WC

    From October 1st to April 30th, heating is available and charged based on meter readings at the end of your stay (available for an extra fee).



    Location:

    Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the city center, close to shops, the local market, and cinema. A lake is nearby, perfect for walks or picnics. Hiking trails start right from the house. Ideal for exploring the highlights of southern Finistère.
