"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor solarium was lovely, but the water cooler ran out on Saturday night. "

"1. Three hours in, the fuse tripped, and we had no electricity for the entire night. No heating when it was 25 F outside, no light, no ability to charge phones. No one answered our phone calls and email until noon the next day. They're lucky we didn't take legal action. 2. This is not a hotel. There is no reception to check in, you just enter pin numbers to the building and room. 3. Apartment was clean but the building was in disrepair. The stench of smoke was really bad. The stairs and entry are dirty and have objects thrown around."

"Fantastic stay! Unique and castle-like property. Sandy was an amazing server at the high end restaurant. I recommend the tomahawk pork chop, which can be made into a gluten free dish. Cocktails were tasty and worth the calories. I would stay again! "

"Beautiful location and home. Comfortable and modern. Matt is attentive and accommodating and went out of his way to toddler-proof the home for my family. My kids loved seeing the trains and boats go by; the view of the Hudson and West Point is unbeatable. The location is within striking distance of Cold Spring, Beacon and Peekskill and their offerings. Thank you Matt for the extended stay, we will always remember it!"
