"We’ve stayed here quite a few times but first time booking this through the hotels.com app. We used to live in the area and always stay here when we come home to visit family. Nice hotel, comfy beds, big rooms if it’s in the old part, breakfast is ok, staff is always nice. "

Our only problem was that they wanted to clean our room at 9:00 a.m.. we were still in our room at 9:00 a.m. and if they didn't clean the room at that specific time then your room didn't get cleaned at all no exceptions. So for the 4 days we were there our room didn't get cleaned once not once no matter how many times we complained"

"No ice in the ice machine, room had a horrible smell, the mattress was as hard as the floor and there was no heat or air in the room."
