  • This is our home away from home. Our cozy 300 square foot studio is the perfect pick for 2 quests. Once you walk in, you will quickly feel the stress of the trip or life simply melting away. Tucked away in a peaceful and lovely part of Smith Mountain Lake, this studio has everything you need to simply enjoy your get away from today's fast-paced world. While there might not be the lake views from the room, it only takes few steps to BREATH TAKING VIEWS of the lake and the mountains.

    The Landing restaurant is just steps away with wonderful food, service and people.

    Mariners Market Place onsite in Pointe Building 1 offers Starbucks coffee, gifts, beer and wine and variety of grab and go foods Open Daily.

    The Bridgewater Marina is also few steps away but the boat docks, where you can rent a boat, kayaks, or jet ski.


    --OUTDOOR AND INDOOR ACTIVITIES--

    Boating, water skiing, wake-boarding, riding personal watercraft, and sailing are common activities as is fishing, especially for striped bass. Walking, biking, playing tennis, or playing golf at one of the four nearby courses are also popular land-side activities. Indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, basketball, tennis courts.

Beautiful Place

Property was exactly as represented. Host reached out to let us know she was available if we needed anything. Loved the location, central to everything we wanted to do. Smith Mountain Lake is a beautiful place, the fall color was amazing.

The studio was very clean with a well stocked kitchen (glasses, plates, coffee maker). We enjoyed the beach and the little market on site was very convenient. It was a great weekend getaway.

Perfect stay for me and my husband. Able to watch fireworks from property. Nice pool and beach area for swimming. Restaurant food was amazing! Worth the cost. Would definitely rent again

Adorable little efficiency, very clean with everything you need for a couple of days. Only issue was bed was on rollers and difficult to sit up in bed without it moving away from Murphy bed wall.

The property was VERY clean and 100% ready for our stay. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we got in ok and we were able to get into the property (and we got in late). The small efficiency more than met our needs. Would certainly stay here again. Thanks Agi!

Perfect spot for 2

My husband and I recently stayed here for a weekend as a friend of ours was getting married in the area. This little spot could not have been more perfect for us. Agi was a wonderful and responsive host who really thinks through all of the smallest details to make your trip. The room was very clean and we felt at home during our stay. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, just the two of us, we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Perfect for a long relaxing weekend

The property was a good size and nicely equipped for our four day stay. I was happy find the room was very clean and well organized. Checking-in and out was a breeze. The host was friendly and very easy to communicate with. We loved the beach located only 7 minutes away at the state park and found eateries nearby. The property itself had a beach, pools, etc. Overall a great stay which will most likely lead to others in the future.

Great, relaxing weekend at the lake.

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend staying at smith mountain lake. The unit was perfect for us and met all our expectations. Very clean and close to the lake. We spent the weekend kayak fishing and relaxing. Agi, the owner was very accommodating she even left us a bottle of wine because it was my wife’s birthday. Her communication was also very good. We will be back again, thanks!

Low maintenance solo traveler

I just needed a place to eat, shower and sleep for a few days while I hiked outside Roanoke. This was perfect for my needs. Personally, having another person to share the space with me (including my significant other) would've been too crowded. The host was beyond kind and accommodating. Property was very clean, bathroom extra spacious given the size of the studio and the bed was pretty comfortable! Be mindful though that the cooktop is essentially at the foot of the bed and the smell of food will linger so choose your meals carefully. Lovely experience for the price. Quiet at Christmas time , neighbor wise although it's easy to hear what's going on inside a unit even at reasonable volume levels. Thanks Agi!

A studio condo is never this small & cramped in my experience. Terrible layout. Only one uncomfortable chair wedged in between bed & wall. Would never recommend to anyone. No instructions how to use TV. If your not used to total streaming you would have difficulty. Bad experience

Perfect!

We booked this trip last minute after our flights for a different trip got cancelled. We cannot say enough great things about our stay or the owner Agi. Everything was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations in every way! The owner is simply amazing and went above and beyond to ensure your stay is seamless and comfortable. There are so many amazing touches to the condo and you literally have everything you need during your stay. Our only disappointment was not having more time to do ALL the activities that are on the premises. If you are staying during the summer months, maybe pack some extra towels for the pool and beach. We brought our inflatable paddle boards and had a great time cruising on the lake (perfect location to do so)! You can also rent waverunners or boats on site, (just book ahead of time, as they go fast). We played golf one day and the clubhouse was less than 1 mile away from the condo. Beautiful course. Lots of deer and wildlife. The gym and running path were also amazing! I could go on and on! You won’t regret booking your stay here. We will definitely be back and will recommend this condo to everyone we can! Thank you again!
