The open concept style kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host intimate dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The inside dining table can seat up to six, and there is also dining seating for four on the back patio while enjoying the lake view .

The 3 bedrooms are designed with guest comfort in mind. Fall asleep beneath luxurious organic cotton linens and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day on the lake. Two bedrooms overlook the lake with a private terrace.
The main level has a half bathroom for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are located on level 2 of townhome one with a Queen-sized bed and one with two twin XL sized beds sharing a Jack and Jill Bathroom. All of the bathrooms are stocked with spa quality amenities and plush towels for your convenience and comfort
Bedroom 3 is on level 3 with a Queen Sized bed and full bathroom with soaker bathtub and standing shower. It also has small desk area should need to do little work during your stay while enjoying the beautiful lake view.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the townhome also provides 3 outdoor porches for guests to enjoy. We invite you to enjoy the best lake views in smith mountain lake from the porches or settle in for a quiet evening. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down.


Dock Details: Limit 1 boat can be docked during stay. MUST be in the boat slip marked for the unit. No exceptions. Pontoons NOT recommended.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets and if you forgot to check this , it will be added to the overall price. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and per dog .

We comply with and exceed all COVID-19 short term rental sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest.

Occupancy is based on county mandated regulations. Exceeding the homes occupancy can result in eviction or fines.

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring doorbell with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be turned on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Two driveway parking spots are provided, with additional parking across the street and nearby the pool and tennis areas for your convenience. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles in the driveway, park back to back. Free STR boat trailer parking in a lot as well. Free ramp to launch the boat.
