"Room #1 was freezing and the heating didn’t work. The staff were helpful and moved me to room #2, which was also freezing. But, in room number #2 the barely functioning heater was able to raise the temp to a barely tolerable temp. I staid snuggled in bed and got a lot of reading done. "

"The photos alone do not do this place justice! Walking into the home was a sight to see. Beautiful art as well as a great selection of books on display.The host was an incredible help to us as well! We had a last minute situation where us & 4 dogs needed a place to stay from early afternoon to later in the day. The host was able to assist us with both an early Check-in, as well as asking if we needed any accommodations and/or aid while settling in! I have many experiences using Vrbo & other similar sites for Albany, but no other host has matched up to the communication and assistance that I’ve received here!I wish I needed this location for a night out in Albany with my partner because it is definitely a location to check out! Maybe next time : )Thank you for all of the accommodations for my mother, my dogs, and I!"

"We had a great stay at the Bungalow. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. The luxe amenities like soaps made at their farm, plush towels and linens, and heated floors made out stay so enjoyable. The large beds were so comfy. The only concerns were a train that came nearby one night and a touchy shower. Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay again. "
