"My family wanted a beach front villa with a pool. This villa had everything we wanted. They had a kitchen and had everything you needed to cook. But you didn’t need to as there are 3 seafood restaurants metres from the property. The beds were very comfortable. All the furniture and appliances are of good quality. Loved the view and the pool. We will book this villa again next time we are in Thailand."

"We had a wonderful stay at Baan Jintana. I can only agree with the previous reviews. The house is large and stunning. Everything is extremely up market and the pool is the largest and best private pool we have ever had. The house is situated on an exclusive private estate overlook a beautiful golf course. "The property was marvelous, very clean, roomy and a private location. It is not to far from the hustle and bustle in Hua Hin. The owners were only a phone call away if you needed anything, they were very pleasant hosts and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend it."

"For meals: breakfast we usually prepared our own food, lunch walked 20 mins up the main road (turn right) and bought takeway street/restuarant food, or very nice little local restaurant < 5 mins down the road (turn left) opposite Thailand resport; and dinner mostly used Ponny (contact given to us by Mod) who is a restauranteur who will prepare and deliver very good Thai food (highly recommended fried whole sea bass fish, green curry chicken, and any curries with prawns/seafood)"

"This place is REALLY close to the beach. If you want to stay in a bigger rental villa with access to the beach, it's only a 5 minute walk. Additionally, there are some good places to eat nearby as well not to mention the big night markets located just a 8-10 minute drive away. The owner was willing to accommodate my family with three kids along with my sister-in-laws family with 5 kids. The house easily fit all of us. The owner also prepared a baby bed for my youngest which was perfect....

"The reception, the housekeeping, even the security guard are simply awesome. They are extremely attentive, always there to assist you whenever you need. Rooms are in good condition, nice soft towels, blankets and pillows. Pool is well maintained, bath tub is clean. Highly recommended."
