WE took the family cat with us. Everything worked out ok. No problem at all with that. This is a budget hotel with pretty well managed services. Everything was clean and well organized. The restaurant is a bit average but OK. Parking is sometimes an issue but they have second parking area opposite. So no major issues with that.

Consideration for handicapped Seniors
Stay as to be expected - no consideration for senior or handicap parking - i'm OK with off site parking - but to run across a busy city street as a fresh operated hip replacement - asked if there is a shuttle in PM - reply yes - only the morning the driver for the shuttle did not show up for work - at 10 PM no onsite parking - no Handicapped Parking - only off site - no shuttle - packed up - requested refund of $68.17 at the desk - can not refund - Loaded the car - after car was loaded, clerk came & said, "Oh, you can now park at the red zone in front of the entrance - that was too late - booked with Hotel.com a room for 2 nights.

Quick weekend stay
Stay for a quick weekend getaways. The check-in was super fast and team is friendly. Overall design is similar to any Ibis, so nothing to rave about. The room is comfortable and spacious without complicated furniture etc. The room does smell a bit moldy when I enter, and the wall are paper thin, so you can definitely hear everyone. The shower is ok, small and standard of Ibis. No amenities except shower gel, so don't forget to bring your own.

Nice and clean, meet the ibis standard
It was a nice short stay with very nice staff. It met the standard of ibis. Good location that allows us to walk to the beach only 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes walk to Cicada market. Only one tiny comment, we paid for a buffet breakfast but we got one breakfast set instead. I understand the COVID conditions, but it could be better if the hotel offers us more than one main dish which was slightly small.

Stayed in ibis Hua Hin many times, never got clean room but dusty in front of the fridge everyday and any time. Otherwise, the room looks very modern, however quite small and cramped. Bad wifi. Enough parking lots, inattractive swimming pool because it is on the ground floor right beside of parking lot. Breakfast very atmospheric and relaxed. Beach is a 4 minute walk down the alleyway nearby.

Is a typical Ibis hotel, breakfast not so “good” just normal, room are big but is very convenient and walkable to the market. In the front desk have shuttle company you can connect with Emmy she will give you a great service and good price , totally trustable!

No toiletries provided, toilet paper was hung in an awkward position. Worst of all, is was not clear in the web that family room bunk bed is only for children. We were unable to cancel on spot and was charged 500bhat for an extra person. Will never visit again, can get better value hotel along same route.

The property was a 3 star hotel positioned about 2/3 miles from Hua Hin city Centre. The hotel was close to the beach. Room was fairly small but clean with balcony with a distant sea view possible Breakfast buffet was adequate with both Western and Eastern food available for the mixed nationality clientele Staff were mostly pleasant and helpful.

Staffs are amazing! Our room is upgraded from standard to family for free in our New Year trip. The bed is super comfy and love bears & Playstation in the room. My mom forget a mobile in the room and staffs get in touch with us quickly before we left the hotel. They make our trip perfect!
