Hotel is old and unkempt and in desperate need of some tlc. Staff are also in need of some training. Pool has many missing tiles and full of leaves. No towels provided. When we asked for swim towels we were told to use the ones in our room. All of the photos look much nicer than the reality. Room was clean enough but the bed was old and uneven. Some stains on the sheets. Bathroom was dirty!
