The house has large lovely spaces, spacious with space for two smaller families. A better accommodation is difficult to find.
Very affordable considering the area, The fantastic location by the sea and the comfort in which the house offers with the surrounding area.

The house has three spacious bedrooms with comfortable king-siza beds as well as their own
bathroom with shower. Possibility of an extra bed and extra cot available. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The lower floor has an open floor plan and with a large well equipped kitchen. At the bottom there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Dining area is available for six people at the kitchen inside the house. As well as a dining area on the patio facing the sea. Extra chairs are available if you get more for dinner. In the lower floor where over the dining area and living room there is also air conditioning and fan.
On the roof there are simple cooking facilities for the outdoor kitchen. The house also has a classic charcoal grill.
The swimming pool is about 25 meters long with a separate children's pool. There is a good gym in the area.
To the house, on the patio facing the sea is a small jaquzzi. Ideal for kids to splash in under comfortable supervision.
High speed internet is included, for one or more computers. An easy-to-use Imac apple
computer is in the house. As well as a good picture and sound system for TV and stereo.
There are about thirty, or more, very affordable restaurants in the village, several along the way
with the beach within easy walking distance of the beach house.
Several interesting excursions are available, such as boat trips, visits to national parks and golf at close distance. It takes less than 1.5 hours to Hua Hin.
Golf trips are organized in the village 1-2 times / week during high season. Maid service once a week
included in the rent. If you need Thai massage you can order this for the house.
The beach house is located about four hours drive from suvarnhabhumi airport in Bangkok.
