The shuttle service was fantastic. They ran until 9:30pm if you wanted to go to the night market that’s about 15 minutes away. Not a ton of food close to the hotel most things need a shuttle. But a very nice hotel

Good and quiet as we preferred, not too far from central by free shuttle they provide. There are restaurants nearby and in the hotel too. Location is next to Huahin Hospital. Inside the hospital also have local food fare, the food is good and affordable, and 7-11 is also by the hospital. Green Song Theo comes by so often, only cost 15thb during the day and 30thb at night if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle service. The pool and the greenery surrounding the hotel makes it quite serene to be around. The room is cleaned and spacious. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The shower has good pressure. The bedding is good and comfortable, not hard like some I stayed at. My husband and I planned to stay there the next time we’re in Huahin. Staff are wonderful. I was there as solo traveler, and I felt safe. If you’re looking for the same thing, then staying there is highly recommended.

Hotel was fantastic, small and friendly, gorgeous pool, food and cocktails were great, rooms were big but not much storage space for clothes - only 4 hangers Area around the hotel was very quiet so we made good use of the free shuttle

Very nice hotel with new convenient room.
Great hotel..good for family with baby. Big room with load of functional spaces to change the diaper and give the bath. One bemol is the provided cot without mattress. Delicious breakfast but can be better with a hot chocolat or hot milk.very clean, great Jaccuzzi and the location is perfect for us.

We had a great stay.. it’s not as fancy as it looks at the pictures but was nice and clean. How ever we booked our room for 2 adults and a 4 year old and got only 2 towels and when we asked for one more they wanted to charge us which I found a bit rude. Breakfast was average but filled the spot:) Other than that it was quite good.

I was asked to pay for my child’s breakfast which they said it wasn’t included in the in the rate I paid to Expedia. This was not informed when I made the booking which I have clearly indicated my child age. I totally feel scammed

I think overall is okay for us. We had our stays at the room with Jacuzzi Deluxe. Buffet breakfast was nice, free shuttle to some attractions. However we experienced two matters and I think the hotel should take this very seriously. Firstly, the mattress has bed bug, we got bitten by bed bugs. Secondly, the ventilation of our bedroom has problem, we don’t smoke in the room because the hotel is smoke free premises and they have designated area for smokers. But we got warning letter from the hotel twice said that we smoke in the room. The funny thing is we went out early in the morning and back hotel at late night. We received the letter when we came back. Guessed there were other people smoke in other the room.

Lovely! Super fast internet, kind staff, great pool and heaps of shuttle bus times so getting into town was really easy. Only downside was a lack of vegetarian food options.

Loved my stay here, the pool area is an absolutely beauty, room is really clean, big, very comfortable stay, hotel staff service is awesome. They provide shuttle service to Various attractions nearby. If you’re planning to explore Hua Hin night market, Hua Hin Beach Centre, market village, Plearnwan, you probably will save lots of money traveling back and forth. And the time of shuttle is rather flexible. The fact that it doesn’t have a gym, does not bug me even a bit, given the choice I will probably swim in the beautiful pool.

Shuttle bus from Hua Hin bus station. Staff very helpful. Very clean and tidy. Restaurant staff very helpful because my mobility is currently restricted.

Below my expectations for this hotel. The hotel is good but let down by staff the free shuttle bus service is poor and will abandon you unless you are thai and can ring them. The food is excellent and some of the best cooking i have tasted in thailand. I am disappointed with my room the air condition never worked properly despite it being one of the best rooms in the hotel. I would have expected discount off booking but nothing will stay elsewhere in hua hin in future.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast time starts at 7am normally but we need to leave the hotel for snorkelling tour at 620am, they helped us to prepare breakfast box so that we can enjoy the breakfast! Free shuttle bus service is good too.
