"The staff was amazing! Wonderful customer service, and the food at the restaurants was delicious. The kindness of the staff from the restaurants, to the cleaning crew, and the front desk was superb. The staff is what made the experience the best and they deserve to know how much they matter in a guest's stay. The beach views were beautiful as well. A lovely stay!"

"We chose The Standard Hua Hin for a couple of days of downtime within easy reach of Bangkok at the end of a trip across Vietnam and Cambodia, and it fully lived up to the photos. The entrance is just as striking in person. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and although we arrived early, we were delighted to be upgraded to a private pool villa. The villa was spacious, spotless and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom generous and luxurious, and we especially appreciated the pour-over filter coffee instead of a standard pod machine. The only small drawback was that the TV system didn’t appear to allow HDMI access, so we couldn’t connect our own device. We had lunch at Lido by the pool — fresh, well-presented food and excellent cocktails. The pool area is lovely, set by the beach with attractive gardens and shaded areas, although there could be a few more sunbeds. Breakfast offered a strong mix of Asian and Western options. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at Praça. Overall, a stylish, relaxing stay and an easy five stars from us."

"Great room, cold AC, hot shower, attentive staff, great location, definitely would book again. Only negative is that it is close to the Walking Street, so could be a little noisy. But the positive outweighs the negative by far. "

"Everything was great. The fitness center was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Outside after a short walk the market was accessible which included food, clothing, artwork, jewelry, etc. And the beach was only a short walk further. Gorgeous beach and clear ocean water. "
