"Beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly. The service in the hotel restaurant was very underwhelming. I later found out that the restaurant's service is known to the locals as being not good. The room was so pretty! "

"The hotel was fine but a charge of £124.99 was on my credit card which shouldn’t have been charged if I didn’t do online banking I would’ve have seen it before left all.I Was told it was an error in their system I don’t think this is good enough no real apology Iam disappointed at this also the service in the bar for our meal was very slow and they didn’t have what I ordered on Friday night again no apology "
