"Smell of fuel from cars outside, dust in room, coughing after I entered the entire time, Turned air conditioner/heater on and particules of dust came out, extremely poor acoustics, heard neighbors upstairs and outside, Breakfast, Fruit Lope cereal?, etc, Very Poor, worst I have ever experienced. Overall rating, 0, other people were complaining as well, Asked for $300 on a different card to make sure not stolen or broken, Never Again"

"They sneak in charges. No pool,no ice, no vending machine, no amenities. "

"The interior is extremely clean and comfortable. But the fact that in the game room the air hockey pucks were broken and there were only a few darts and one was clearly broken. Just shows that there was no walk through in a while from whomever manages this property. The deck and furniture were totally unusable. My son who is a property manager mentioned from the outside this house looked abandoned. Huge juxtaposition from the inside. Which makes me sad to think this is acceptable. We’re an outside family and the weather was beautiful but there was no where clean to sit. I have pictures and videos. This neglect is more than several months old. Inside a 10. Outside a -10….in one day of exterior upkeep this house could be perfect, such a shame."

"Started out looking pretty nice. Upstairs cable system wasn't working but that was fixed within a day. Numerous burned out light bulbs inside the house. Outside the garage lights were burned out as well. When the sun comes up in the morning it illuminates the windows and the floors upstairs and downstairs you see area's that had been missed for sweeping. We moved the couch back to pick up an item that had been dropped and it was not pretty under there. We swept up the trash that was under the couch. Looking at the frying pans we were afraid to use them as well as the toaster it was in bad shape. We went out and bought a small toaster and coffee maker so we could have something in the mornings. The back yard has a nice view with the wildlife coming up close to the house. It is close to the Running Y Resort and a short drive to the Golf Course."

"Such a beautiful property! Very clean and updated. Bar was great! Pool was great and the temp was perfect! Dog friendly. Great place to stay with my family but would also be perfect for an adult weekend away! We will be back."
