This cozy, 2nd story apartment (15 steps up) accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a twin rollout bed, perfect for couples, small families, or business travelers. The airy living and dining areas provide a charming Texan feel, with vibrant décor and an abundance of natural light. The living room also includes a couch that doubles as a futon for extra sleeping space. Guests can enjoy central AC, Wi-Fi, and a Roku smart TV: a 50` in the living room.

Important Note:
1. We welcome pets! Please provide information about your pets when booking. The $75 pet fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to bring your pet, as it covers extra cleaning we prepare in advance. We allow up to 2 pets under 45 lbs. Pets categorized as aggressive breeds aren’t permitted.
2. Pool/Spa Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note, they may close unexpectedly for maintenance or chemical rebalancing.
3. Message us for gym access.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.

- Community Amenities: Access to shared amenities like the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, or clubhouse may be limited or closed by the property management for maintenance, safety, or seasonal reasons.
- Weather Conditions: Storms, power outages, or unsafe travel conditions due to weather may affect your stay, especially in certain regions or seasons.
