This 4-bedroom property, which has been extensively remodeled and renovated in 2024, is located centrally in Katy on 99 and I-10. Our cozy home is great for long-term stays and is located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, just a few minutes' drive from Katy Downtown, Katy Asian Town, Katy Mills, Cinco Ranch, and many shopping centers in Katy/Richmond areas.

This location is also minutes away from Grand Parkway Park & Ride - which allows you to access Downtown Houston (45 minutes away).

Apart from this the house comes with fast Wi-Fi and streaming available with Netflix and Amazon.

The property and neighborhood are both nice areas, and the space is nice. The upstairs/attic room needs insulation as it wasn’t used due to the excessive heat, and the back door lock is broke, so it was difficult getting the stick to properly seal/lock.

An amazing experience!

This is my second time renting from this owner! He is absolutely amazing! The home was very welcoming and very clean! When we first checked in, we we’re struggling to get the key out of the lock box, and the owner called us immediately to help us figure it out! :)) He made sure we were very comfortable! I can’t wait to book with him for my next trip!!

Walking in the door it was nice home We picked our rooms teenagers were disappointed that only 2 tvs in the home but we weren't there long to use tvs cause i planned full days in downtown Houston As far as the backyard we couldn't use it much cause the weather and there was alot of Mosquitoes.so issues were master bed room has a cigarette smell from previous residents (which rules say not smoking in the house) cigarettes stuff was in the trash can in master as well. Garage door didn't work and something else but I won't say here but owners are aware of.bed room upstairs doesn't stay closed or locks.but we had a great place to relax and sleep and my dogs enjoyed the house with lots of space to play inside.we would stay here again

The location was great, the property IS spacious! The property is older & the photos online make it appear more cozy & modern, which it’s not. The remote in the master bedroom didn’t work. There was mold in the bathroom. The amount of money we paid, we would have appreciated at the very least two-ply toilet paper & newer & softer towels. We spent most of our time out in the city but would have appreciated someone telling us this is an OLDER home.

The property had mold and we are allergic to old. The host didn’t provide his number so we couldn’t send him the pictures but we provided the pictures to VRBO and they called him while we were on the phone. He was very defensive. We barely stayed an hour or two max due to my family’s allergy to mold. Did not get a refund. The property also had cockroaches running everywhere and the cleaning crew didn’t do a good job of cleaning.

Overall stay was good. We had linen issues. Which were resolved. Slow to get hot water. Dishwasher not working, host notified. time taken from family time to hand wash all dishes. the Property max is10 we had 6 adults 2teens and 1 toddler only 5 dining room chairs useable of. we had to eat in shifts wanted our family meals together at 1 time. We travel over 800 miles to visit and share..

Terrible experience, good location

There were so many problems with this property, some could have been overlooked, but not when added together. Pros -- Check-in was easy. Location was good. Furniture was nice. Cons -- 1. There were no top sheets on any bed -- only a bottom sheet and a comforter (not a duvet). We asked for sheets, and they agreed if we would cover the cost. Their excuse was that it was too expensive to wash full sets of sheets. But they claimed they washed all of the comforters after every stay -- professionally. Ha! The sheets and towels from the prior guests were still damp in the dryer. We had to go buy sheet sets. The towels were thin and worn and belonged in the garage. 2. There is a camera located on the back patio. Our grandson was playing and it was tracking him everywhere he went. We told him to wave. It turned off. They were watching us! A couple of days into our visit we found yard workers in our backyard, which we never were notified about. 3. Kitchen is NOT well-stocked with cooking items. Few pots and pans, and definitely not meant for people who are hoping to cook.There are no kitchen towels or dish cloths. There are filthy used sponges provided. The 1980s wallpaper is peeling and showing the other layers of wallpaper. Fridge leaks. 4. Upstairs bedroom is not legally a bedroom - only one exit. Carpet is filthy patchwork pieces and the upper step is not attached and dangerous. 5. Very limited hot water. 5. The owner was displaying an upside-down, tattered American flag. Awful.
