    This property is the perfect balance of great location, fantastic customer service and impeccably maintained spaces.

    Centrally located near Downtown, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, University of Houston, Texas Southern University, Rice University, Galveston, Hobby Airport and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

    Fully furnished. WIFI and Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Washer & Dyer. Full Kitchen. Office Desk. Fully Stocked Kitchen with Utensils, Plates, Pots, and Pans. Complimentary Coffee.

    Guests can enjoy the shared Courtyard and Laundry Facility!

    1) RULES STRICTLY ENFORCED
    NO house parties allowed.
    NO large gatherings with unauthorized guests.
    NO commercial/music video shoots.
    NO unauthorized organized events.
    NO disturbances to the neighborhood.
    NO smoking is allowed inside units, only outside
    NO loud noise, music, car engine revving, or any other noise which can disturb neighbors.
    NO illegal drugs. Zero tolerance towards marijuana.
    -If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND.

    2) The entire unit is located on the FIRST-FLOOR.

    3) LAUNDRY: Washer & Dryer is a digital payment laundry shared by all of the tenants at the apartment complex. Please provide your laundry detergent for personal use.

    4) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
