The amazing open living area is a great spot for everyone to gather as a group. This cozy and inviting space is modern but warm. The stunning interior design shines through the cozy furniture and beautiful décor and accessories. Plus, you’ll also have your own awesome movie room designed for a great movie-watching experience and furnished with comfy seating.



You’ll definitely want some popcorn to enjoy with your movies, so head on into your spacious and open kitchen. Beautifully updated, it features white cabinets, butcher block counters, and stainless-steel appliances. You’ll have a great time cooking up a fresh meal in here as it comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need. Enjoy your meals in the stunningly decorated dining area right next to the kitchen.

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood offers a good balance of residential living with access to local parks, shopping centers, and restaurants. You'll find a Walmart, Randalls, Kroger and Fiesta grocery stores 5 to 10 minutes from the home. Shopping is also available with Meyerland Plaza just 10 min away. When you're ready to explore downtown you'll get there in 30 minutes to go to the museums, zoo and the many things downtown Houston has to offer.

Gate will not be useable for guest



• No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.



• Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.



• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.



• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.



• Hot Tub:



Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

NO PETS ALLOWED



• Landscaping: Is done once a week.



• Security Cameras: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.



• Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
