This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I visit Houston often. Upon check in, the lady at the front desk charged me double than what I was supposed to be charged. Not only that, when I walked into the room, the tv did not turn on, the heater didn’t work, and none of the room lights worked either. When I asked to switch rooms I was told no that someone was going to come out to fix the problem. I waited 4 hours and no one came. I called the front desk and was told I still couldn’t move rooms and had to wait for someone to come out. It took a total of 7 hours (9pm) until I was transferred to another room (different shift was working). I basically wasted my night stuck in a room where nothing worked. I still have not received my refund for the overcharge on my account.
