Studio 16 is called the ‘Senorita Sunset’, as it is a Mexican-inspired open space concept with vivid colors and modern amenities made for travel in mind. Our neighborhood, Houston Montrose/Mid-town, which boasts a wide array of unique cafes, restaurants, and boutiques all waking distance 1-2 minutes away. Feel like exploring all Houston has to offer? Downtown Houston is only a 5 minute drive, the Galleria is within 10 minutes away. Enjoy your Houston experience at this centrally-located place.
Studio 16 is an open space with all the modern amenities needed while traveling! It has a Queen bed, with soft sheets, and bedding, a large 50” Smart TV, and a built-in desk long enough for two people to comfortably work or study. There is an adorable, petite kitchen with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee, microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes and flatware for two. With a stove top, and pots/pans. The bathroom includes towels, hairdryer, and body care essentials.
There is a parking lot for an approved vehicle and free street parking, we also have extended parking at Empire Café, you will have a parking pass located inside the unit.
We are centrally located near Downton, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, Universities, Houston Galleria, Museum District, Heights area, River Oaks, and both Houston Airports. The best part about our property is its central location. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. Our location is unbeatable - enjoy the freshest baked goods right next door at Common Bond, or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops, and bars - all within a short walking distance!
