About this property

Private swimming pool and great house

  • Spacious three bedroom house with high ceilings living room, kitchen island with top appliances such as gas and electric stove, convection and microwave ovens by Sub-Zero Woolf. Modern wet bar and a wine rack.

    Each bedroom has Queen size bed with its own WiFi connection. One bedroom has two Queen size beds.

    There are two Queen size sleeper sofas. The AC is Nest Smart Control. If your doors are open it will turn AC off and then into Eco mode. Please make sure all doors (front, garage and sliding to exit to the backyard) are closed as soon as you used them.

    Outside gas and charcoal grills. Wonderfully landscaped backyard with the swimming pool. The property is totally private.

    I recently added two ADT security cameras for external surveillance, one facing the front of the house the other facing the backyard and pool. . Extra $1,500 security deposit is required .
