This property is located near South Houston, Texas just a few minutes from the William P. Hobby International Airport. It is centrally located to many attractions, shopping, hospitals and points of interest in the Houston, NASA/Clear Lake, Galveston and Pasadena and the surrounding areas. Easy access to I-45 gulf freeway.

This 2br/1bth fully furnished and equipped private duplex has an updated modern interior. Parking is available directly at the front door entrance of the home and can accommodate up to four standard size vehicles. Front door is equipped with a combo lock for keyless entry with your own personal access code (please note: for security reasons the access codes are deleted and reprogramed after each guest checks out). This home is fully furnished and includes towels, linen, washing machine, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee/tea maker, 50" Big screen TV, upgraded 150Mbps Internet/Wi-Fi and Cable TV.

Nearby shopping includes Almeda mall, Baybrook mall and a shopping plaza housing all the major store chains such as Wal-Mart, Ross and Marshalls as well as Starbucks and many international and local restaurants (Gringos, TGIF, Olive Gardens, Golden Coral, Mambo Seafood, Island Flavor Caribbean Cuisine, etc.) and fast food chains (Chick fil a, Whataburger, McDonalds, KFC etc.). Nearby entertainment include AMC Theater, The Ritz Cabaret, and Club Rumba to name a few.

Nice, quiet rental

Family (parents + 2 children) stayed three nights in July whole visiting relatives. Neighborhood seemed quiet, duplex very clean and neat. Lots of green space behind the unit. Property manager was easily accessible. We really enjoyed the stay. Though it was a bit further out of the way (location-wise) than I anticipated, and the bedding was polyester comforters with very slight lingering nicotine undertones (I have sensitive sense of smell), I'd rent it again next time (hoping of course that the bedding has been upgraded to cotton duvets or at least deodorized with more effective products).

Great Family Texas Trip!

Great place for our family and had all the necessities, especially in the kitchen where we saved on meals. It was very clean, nice to have laundry inside, kids loved their own bedroom. Very convenient location to explore...close to downtown Museums and NASA/Galveston. Great memories.

Very very clean and well apportioned home. Next to Hobby which is very convenient, but a bit noisy. Would stay here again.
