  • Welcome to your private retreat in East Downtown Houston, ideally located for exploring the city or traveling for work. This comfortable first-floor suite accommodates up to 2 guests and includes a private full bathroom, full-size bed, sofa, dedicated workspace, and spacious walk-in closet.

    Downtown Houston is just a 5-minute drive or approximately 20-minute walk away. You’ll have convenient access to the George R. Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, Toyota Center, Daikin Park, Shell Energy Stadium, restaurants, bars, light rail, and major freeways. A convenience store is only a 1-minute walk away, and Uber/Lyft are readily available.

    For added convenience, your suite includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, filtered water, and instant coffee. The private bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Fresh bedding, extra blankets and pillows upon request, a heater, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

    This is a private bedroom suite within a residential home, giving you your own comfortable space while staying close to everything Downtown Houston has to offer. There is no shared kitchen, laundry access, or TV.
