Had a great experience at the Pecan house visiting for the Rodeo this past week. Super easy check in process, the place was very clean and the open concept made for a fun experience. Pool was such an asset to have, as it was great to cool off whenever I got back to the house. Its proximity to restaurants and businesses in the heights was super convenient, with downtown is very much in reach. Would stay again 10/10!

The key to the door was missing from the lockbox and the lockbox was wide open when we arrived. The door was also unlocked when we arrived. Immediately we felt unsafe and put a chair against the sliding glass door while we slept. There were two entrances and they were both sliding glass doors. It smelled heavily of smoke. No ceiling fan. No TV. The AC thermostat was finicky. The faucet handles came off but they worked. There is a very nice pool but the homeowners had their blinds up, and we could see them walking around and seated by the windows. The second night, at 11 pm, we heard people yelling in the backyard.The shower and bedding were really nice.
