Upon arrival we were greeted with a 90 degree Duplex on a 100 degree day and the duplex smelled terrible . It is advertised as a cozy house and there is nothing cozy about it . It is a non cozy duplex not a house. The back yard looks nothing like the pictures provided. It looks more like a ran down back yard with a dirty pool and dirty sitting area and furniture . We walked in looked around and walked out . I would not stay there nor would I recommend anyone else wasting their money on staying at this place. Spoke with host he seemed to think that everything was ok and I did not receive any of my money back after paying for 17 days and only being there a few mins . I see why the add says no refund they scam you into thinking it’s gonna be a nice stay then don’t hold up there end and take your money . If there was a negative amount of stars to give for this place I would give them .
