Great place close to NRG Stadium

Clean apartment 3 blocks from NRG Stadium. Great location and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was very clean and extremely cozy! The property manager was patient and prompt. Also the location was perfect for our first time in Houston. It was close to great attractions, shopping, and food. If we ever visit Houston again we plan on hopefully staying here.

Very Clean and accommodating

My husband and I stayed here for just under a month, and it was truly a blessing during a challenging time. We found ourselves needing to be near the medical center unexpectedly due to some cancer treatments, and this apartment became our home away from home. It was spotless when we arrived, and April was incredibly easy to work with, accommodating our shifting dates with kindness and understanding. The ground-floor location was perfect for us, especially since my husband uses a wheelchair—it made accessibility a breeze. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the peaceful courtyard view and the quiet, respectful neighbors. We are grateful to have stayed here and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a comfortable, accessible place to stay.

Came for a conference

Three adults came for a conference held at the convention center downtown. The commute was about 15-20 mins. This property was great. It is very spacious, and has two huge beds in each bedroom. The unit was very clean. The only thing that I can think of that was a slight negative was that we were not able to adjust the thermostat temperature. Three adults all tried to figure out the thermostat, and we could not figure out how to change/adjust it. It was pretty cold, as it was set at 66 degrees. We ended up just turning it completely off several times. Other than that, this unit was awesome! Definitely recommend staying here. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay.

The Renaissance World Tour

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful and close by everything. I saved at least $50 because I was able to walk to and from the NRG stadium instead of having to pay for an Uber. So if you are going to NRG for a show I would definitely recommend this location. The only thing that kinda of did not work was the A/C in the master bedroom. The rest of the apartment was so cold but the master bedroom stayed a little in the high 70s was not a deal breaker and it really didn’t bother that much. For the most part you only felt it if you came in during high noon. But after a while you would be able to cool down and enjoy the amenities in the room. That bathroom was just perfect!

The property description is very accurate and it was a great place to recoup after surgery. The manager even supplied us with a new blender when she learned one guest was on a liquids only diet after surgery.
