Was COMPLETELY unresponsive when contacted MULTIPLE times. Number listed is not an actual number. Property manager told us they are NOT allowed to be renting the rooms out and that all rooms were unfurnished as well. We didn't get to go inside the place at all and it was mid tropical storm so we were left for hours waiting in the pouring rain. Host wasn't even present to give us a refund, we had to contact a supervisor. Left me and my family STRANDED without a place to stay in a state all the way across the country.
