HUGE neighborhood Park with slides, playgrounds, walking trails, tennis court and a picnic area with covered roofs.
-Home is located on the east side of Houston half rural but close to the city. it is an industrial area as well you'll see a lot of pipe yards around and can hear construction noises since the neighborhood is growing fast there's also a pipe yard located towards the back of the neighborhood so the probability of hearing construction noises is high.
