Property is minutes away from the convention district where we attended meetings during our stay. Price was comparable to hotels in the area but with lots of room to relax after a long day of business. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Company conference retreat

This place has a great location to the convention center and worked great for 3 employees to stay at and get away from being cramped in a hotel room. Room to spread out and feel comfortable. Host communication was great and didnā€™t have any issues. Would stay again for conferences in Houston!

This property worked great for 3 couples attending meetings at the George Brown Convention Center. Great to all have our own space and nice to have a gathering area. It was an easy 10 minute walk and we really appreciated the resturants near by. Very fun atmosphere with great food.

Great Spot for People Attending Conferences!

Absolutely loved this property! It was in such a great location, about a 6 minute walk to the George Brown conference center, 5 minute walk to some really good bars, and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. There were 9 of us in the VRBO and it never felt cramped. The host even allowed us to drop off our luggage early when our flight arrived before check in time, which was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

Best Vrbo for Houston Travel

I've stayed at quite a few VRBO, this host's home was wonderful. The location is prime to everything Houston has to offer. The house itself was so inviting and had a great layout. The beds were so comfortable. Easy for everyone to have their own space. Clean and stcoked well. There is a 2 car garage for easy safe parking and the area is gated. Lots of attractions within walking distance. Host was awesome with communication and checked on us a couple if times during our stay. Will stay again for sure. Thank you

In Town for Graduation

The property was very nice. Very spacious. It was 9 of us and we all slept well. Only thing is we couldnā€™t control the AC thermostat so it were some times the place was really hot on the inside. But overall. Very nice unit. I would recommend.

Good location for sporting events

We stayed in this unit for two nights, and were impressed overall. Pros: -If you're going to a ball game, basketball game or convention, this is a great location as it is walking distance from both -Quite a few bars/breweries/restaurants within walking distance -Secure gated complex (although we're not sure if the man-gate ever actually locked) -Garage parking -Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed -Master suite is massive with an impressive ensuite Cons: -Because of the downtown location, walking around seemed slightly sketchy after dark -Windows in the unit can't be very thick, because the outside noise was quite audible -Appliances were pretty noisy when in use (washing machine, dishwasher) -Not necessarily a 'con', but just be aware that being 3 stories means quite a few stairs Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Family Retreat

The property is great for a family of 4 with 2 adult children. We all had our own bed and bath and there is even a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There are many steps so if this is a problem for you then you may want to reconsider staying here. This did not bother us but I could see where it may be a problem for someone who has difficulties getting around. We were concerned about the area at first, but realized after a day that it is a safe place to be and there are so many cool places that you can walk to for a meal and drinks. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Houston. Btw, Around the Corner/Leeland House is an amazing place for breakfast and you can see it if you look out the kitchen window. It is just across the street!
