Community with Pickball + Basketball + Dog Park + Sea Park + Barbeque + NASA + Pool. HOA Pool 3 mins away (Only summer time). Please request for the pool gate access. Garage in the back of the property.
Walk distance to NASA Space Center front gate, 1 mile to sea and Clear Lake Park. You will join fishing and crab catching here. We have RV parking available for this property! Close to all the restaurants, and supermarkets. Still there is a outdoor Pickball area 5 mins walk distance.
This house has two floors. The first floor: living room with a queen size sofa bed. Two dining area, half bathroom and a whole kitchen.
The second floor: there is a king size bed in master bedroom with full bathroom; 2 of the queen size bedrooms in 2nd bedroom; one of queen size bedroom in 3rd bedroom, still there is a full size bathroom.
