Our waterfront home is only a 2-3 minute walk from the Kemah Boardwalk and the Kemah Lighthouse District, where you'll find shopping, food, fun and entertainment for the whole family. At the house, enjoy the sight and sound of the bay from boats and birds passing by. Get on the water with provided kayaks and explore the coast. Fish from our private 216-ft pier. There's an elevator, EV charger, foosball, ping pong, basketball, arcade, outdoor chess/checkers, and cornhole game.

The vacation retreat is situated right on the shoreline. Greeted with a beautiful sunrise each morning, you will be awed at the magnificent panoramic views of the bay from outside as well as inside of the house. There are lounging areas on the covered balcony overlooking the gulf. The single and tandem kayaks can be launched from the concrete pad next to the water. Life jackets of different sizes are provided.

The heart of the house is its open floor plan that combines the living area with the dining room and kitchen. Rounding out the 2nd floor are bedrooms 1 & 2 and bathrooms 1 & 2. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 , bathroom 3 and an additional living room are on the 1st floor. All rooms are within the house under one roof and accessible with inside stairs and elevator. Park on our nestled driveway away from the street.

Pierfect Day at Kemah Bay! Be at ease on our private 230-ft pier with hand railings on all sides. Chill under plenty of shade and cozy string lights which adorn the pier. There are lights for night fishing and cleaning stations with running water and sink on the pier and patio. We have caught red fish, flounder, speckled trout, black/red drum, sheepshead, catfish, alligator gar, crabs, including sharks! If you love to fish, this is the place!

All HDTVs are smart, which means you can watch your favorite cable and internet channels by using only the TV remote. You will have access to our ad-free YouTube Premium account and YouTube TV account, which broadcasts live TV from 85+ popular cable channels, on-demand shows, local news and sports. There are other video streaming apps installed on the TV that you can log in with your own account.

The Kemah Boardwalk and the Lighthouse District have many events and activities scheduled throughout the year so please check their websites for latest happenings. We have the prime up-close spot to experience the Kemah Boardwalk Fireworks on certain holidays and every Friday from June to July. You can "sea" floating arrays of lights illuminating from numerous boats surrounding the fireworks barge, which is anchored not far from the end of our pier.

IMPORTANT: We strive to make your stay enjoyable, secure and safe for everyone. Only guests in the reservation are allowed on the property. Please review our House Rules section.

For bedroom #4, there's a bunk bed with a double at the bottom and twin at the top. There's also a separate trundle bed (twin size) that can be pulled out from the bottom of the bunk bed.

Elevator is 32" wide and 40" deep. It is reserved for guests who have difficulties in using the stairs. No children are allowed inside without an adult present.

The level 2 EV car charger is the Tesla Gen 3 Home Charging Station. Adapter J1772 is needed to connect to non-Tesla EVs.

You can check yourself in with the keypad. We live in the area and are available when needed.

You will have access to the house, pier, backyard and sea. Doors labeled as "No Access", attic, shed and anything that is locked are off limits.

There are outside security cameras at the front and back of the house.

Fireplace is not in service. Driveway gate remains open during your stay.
