Welcome to our charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the heart of Friendswood, TX. The friendly family neighborhood, the layout of the home, & the relaxing backyard oasis makes this house feel like home, even when you're away. The location is perfect, offering a small town feel while still being close to great shopping, restaurants, bars, & local attractions such as Top Golf, Main Event, Baybrook Mall, NASA, and the Kemah Boardwalk. Friendswood is 1/2 way between Galveston & Houston, both being only a 30 min drive.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean out the grill if you used it. Our cleaner charges an additional $50 if she has to clean it.
Please turn the AC up to 76 in the summer; turn the heat to 68 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

**NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the home. Smells or signs of smoking will incur a $1000 fee.
Quiet Hours from 10pm - 7am to respect the neighbors! ALL gatherings need to be done by 9PM. Noise complaints/Police called out - up to a $1000 fine!
Pool - NO Lifeguard on duty, swim at own risk! NO GLASS in pool area Clean the grill when done using it or will be charged a $50 fee

Spacious and Relaxing

This property was just what we were looking for. The pictures accurately represent the property, it was spacious, comfortable and a great location. Additional bonus was the location of the home to a community park with walking trails and park for kids. Would absolutely book this home again.
