We enjoyed the spacious kitchen dining living area so we could all be together and have conversation. Julio was quick to respond to any questions we had and made a great food and drink recommendation.

The house was beautiful and VERY clean and well kept. The neighborhood did NOT feel safe except for the fact that the property was fenced and gated. Owner was SUPER to work with.

We had very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay! I need to get the name of the mattress. I hadnt slept so well in a while. The place was great. I will rebook next year.

Easy access to downtown

The house perfectly suited our three families. There was ample yard space for kids to play, and the beds were comfortable. It is very close to downtown, and had one of the families nervous about the location, but everyone we encountered in the neighborhood was friendly and helpful. There were a couple little details missing (hot pads and kitchen towels) which were quickly taken care of by our host. Great communication.
