The house was beautiful and VERY clean and well kept.
The neighborhood did NOT feel safe except for the fact that the property was fenced and gated.

Easy access to downtown
The house perfectly suited our three families. There was ample yard space for kids to play, and the beds were comfortable. It is very close to downtown, and had one of the families nervous about the location, but everyone we encountered in the neighborhood was friendly and helpful. There were a couple little details missing (hot pads and kitchen towels) which were quickly taken care of by our host. Great communication.
