  • This Suite Studio 15 is a guest "fave" at Park JJ. Slightly larger than our other studios, it is a large open concept space perfect for 2 guests. You can have a 3rd guest fees apply as it has both a queen bed and a blue sleeper sofa . We aim to give excellent customer service. Our location is unbeatable Midtown/Montrose near Downtown, Texas Medical Center, Sports Stadiums, most Universities, Galveston, both Airports, Museums and many more! It is easy to explore all that Houston has to offer.


    Studio 15 offers modern amenities, including, WIFI, Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Office Desk, Complimentary Coffee and Snacks, Queen bed, Sleeper Sofa, an adorable petite kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes and flatware for two. With a stove top, and pots/pans. The bathroom includes towels, hairdryer, and body care essentials.

    The studio comfortably accommodates 3 guests with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa pillows, remember add extra guest to reservation for a $25 fee for 3rd guest sheets, and blankets are provided.

    Private Parking lot vehicle and free street parking, first come first serve basis plus Free-Street parking. we also have extended parking at Empire Café. You will have a parking pass located inside the Studio.

    We are centrally located near Downton, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, Universities, Houston Galleria, Museum District, Heights area, River Oaks, and both Houston Airports. The best part about our property is its central location. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. Our location is unbeatable - enjoy the freshest baked goods right next door at Common Bond, or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops, and bars - all within a short walking distance!

Pros: This charming renovated apartment building was a great find. The unit even came with the single best amenity I have ever seen in a hotel or airbnb; a Brita water filter. The host is very communicative, I think I counted 6 messages of two days, not including check out information. The shower is spacious and the unit comes with free parking. Cons: Montrose is dead! I visited about a decade ago in the area had so much culture and things to do now it’s so less yuppie shops. The bed could have been more comfortable. I received the check in information including the door code for someone else in the building, which theoretically means someone could have received the door code to my unit so I had to keep my valuables on me the entire trip.

The Park JJ made my stay in Houston easy. On-site parking, quiet neighborhood, surrounded by lots restaurants, bars, antique shops, and coffee shops, are just some of the great reasons I loved my stay. The place is one of cleanest I have ever stayed!! great host and I will for sure return!!
