Booked a suite with two queen beds and a sofabed. Sofabed was broken. Couch was sunken in. The room is noisy and dated. Heard thumping and bumping so loud it sounded like they were remodeling the room sabove me and next to me. Had to sleep on an old rollaway bed because they didnt have any other rooms avilble. Awakened by toilets flushing. Not pleased at all and i will be asking for a refund.

Completely rude front desk. I work for a disaster/emergency company. My husband is a police officer. We were both on call for very inclement weather. I booked the room for both of us. My husband checked in around 930. Happened to have one of my companies shirts on desk attendant said: oh, no are there a bunch of y’all coming again? That was the worst night of my life, comments about there were so many of us, shutting down the bar, etc (we had a convention there and booked SEVERAL rooms there a month or so before)... he told her no, they were working late for the weather. She told him “oh thank goodness”. I checked in To a different attendant around 5 am after a nearly 18 hour shift with the weather. I asked for a late check out and she said no problem, don’t worry about the charge, planned on checking out at 2pm. At 140 I called the front desk and asked for maybe 20 more mins she said no problem. At 225, I went to check out and the attendant said well, now I have to charge you $30 more bc you stayed late. Seriously. And they were NOT busy. You’re literally in the parking lot next to my company. Don’t worry. We won’t have 100+ people stay with you anymore.

They did not give me the room I had reserved and also said breakfast was not included--despite it clearly bring listed as included. They could not move me to the correct room type because they said they were booked. They did comp my breakfast, however towards the end of the week they started trying to charge me for breakfast again. Disappointed.

Great location but was surprised by the quality of the actual hotel. No valet and had to park outside. The room carpeting looked about 40 years old. The heater-A/C was like from a motel. The beds were very comfortable though. I was put in a handicapped room so the features were all pretty low.

The location is great and so was the breakfast. The hotel itself is horrible. The beds were super uncomfortable, the water drained extremely slow in the bathtub and in the sink, there was a hole on the ceiling of our room, the noises you hear through the wall were super annoying, and the hotel was just old and ugly. This hotel is too old for the location and it needs a major renovation.

Excellent customer service at the front desk! Thank you to the young lady and the manager for a great stay! We stayed for a night with two small kids and they kindly updated the room, offered breakfast and even allowed a late checkout. Expedia offers free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but this hotel doesn’t provide that service. *Expedia we paid for breakfast and hotel didn’t get that information, please remove the expensive shuttle to the airport, Four Points don’t take guests to the airport.

Room wasn't cleaned properly. The coffee from the day before was still in the coffee maker. A rag/towel was left behind on top of the desk. On the staff side though I want to thank Tamera for her amazing customer service she was super friendly and would always greet me every time I would come in or leave the hotel. I could tell she loved providing great service which she delivered! More front desk people like Tamera!

Bad smell and needs some updating. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent but some of the front desk staff were not that friendly (only a couple) the rest were fine. However, the location is excellent

There are bars on the walkway... no lamps or power next to the bed, no dresser... carpet felt dirty... bathroom was falling apart, shower was leaking upwards when on, tiles were broken in the bathroom floor... really sketchy. My coworker also got stuck here at the same time, and when she checked in, the receptionist said “we normally don’t put single women on the outside, but we’re out of rooms”

Rooms need to be updated

Me and my family used to love staying here but we will no longer stay here. The rooms are so outdated and have a odor. The room is so humid that some of the fixtures are rusting. The lobby and eating area are updated. Four Points really needs to remodel the rooms for the proce they are charging.
