Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy

Not what we hoped for

We were trying to be close to NRG Stadium for a concert, but we didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. We left and got a hotel in the heights district across town. I tried to get a refund (at least for the second night), but they said safety concerns weren’t reason for a refund. The house itself wasn’t bad, but it was the neighborhood that didn’t feel safe. Wish we could’ve had a better experience!
