Relaxing Vibe in Downtown

The location was great and I enjoyed the relaxing vibe. I like books, candles, hosts that provide some snacks, etc. and Tracy provided all those and more. I wish I could've stayed long enough to read a couple books.

Great place to stay

This is a fun little eclectic condo right in the middle of downtown Houston. The condo was equipped with anything you might need. Short walk to many restaurants and bars. Tracie was great and answered all of our questions right away. Would absolutely stay here again.

My son and I had a wonderful 24 hours in Houston celebrating his 21st birthday. Apt smelled so good when we walked in. This apartment is so cool. Love the decor, great climate control and great view. It has everything we needed. Great host!

Great place and location!

We attended an event at Bayou Music Center and this place couldn't have been more perfect! This space is very comfortable, filled with comfy features and decor, and is super convenient and close to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Tracy gave very specific instructions for check in and check out and was a great host. We will definitely be back!

Location was excellent!

The location of this apartment is ideal for being right in the middle of bars & restaurants. Was there for 3 days of baseball at Minute Maid Stadium which was about a 10-12 minute easy walk. Apartment has everything you need to make it feel like you are at home. Checking in was a little challenging but a quick call to host & she walked us through. Would recommend!

Tracy was a great host, and the apartment is adorable. Cute bohemian vibe. Bed is comfortable. Loved having a nespresso machine. Tracy left welcome snacks, plenty of water in the fridge, coffee pods, etc. I was working right across the street, so no need for a car or even an Uber most of the time. Lots of dining within walking distance too. I really couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Thank you!

Cute and Historic Stay

Check in was a little bumpy, but the host was super responsive so the kinks were easy to work out. The location was fabulous, walking distance to everything and we loved the history of the Rice Hotel. The apartment is more of a studio as there’s nothing door on the bedroom and the bed was a full not a queen. None of these things were an issue for us, just to note. The apartment is filled with beautiful night and well maintained despite age of building. Lots of beautiful plants and thoughtful touches from the hose. Would stay again for a downtown visit!
