Everyone was super friendly and informative.. the lady that checked me in went above and beyond to accommodate me. We liked her. Also Chris was amazing, Perfect night guy! He was friendly and we ljked the facg that he walked the property at night. We felt safe with him. Ty Chris. We will stay here again. Breakfast was fabulous. Everything was clean and easy to get to. This is the 2nd time we stay at this property. The first time was right after renovation. This stay was horrible and regretted choosing to stay here and having my sister in law book as well. When I called before check in, I called provided my scenario that I would be arriving at 2am and was told I would be charged $40 for early check in and when I arrived I was told Preston was incorrect and it should be $50. The front desk lady argued that I didn’t provide accurate scenario. The first room given had dirty sheets on the bed. The y moved us rooms. The new room had a terrible AC/Heater. The heater almost started a fire. The next day they sent maintenance early in the morning which woke us up, after an 12 hour drive. Only to tell us, he would fix after we checked out!!! Then the restroom bathtub would not drain. It was a mess to say the least. I will not recommend this comfort suites nor will we stay here when we visit!

Found a roach in our room and dead bugs in the shower. Overall great service and great area but there is only one entrance and you have to drive 5-10 out of the way to do the U-turn to get there

The room was spacious and was conveniently located in regards to our family and friends. The only negative thing for us is the room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke, the strands of hair found in the towels and the small selection for breakfast. Would love some grits and non-pork meat.

We have a 100 non smoking facility and take a deposit from all guests of 150 during check in to keep smoke free environment. We apologize you had found the room not at the best liking please let us know during your stay for us to address this. Hope to see you back in the future.

The front desk was very helpful and kind. Check in and out was easy. The general manager even allowed me to extend my check out without extra cost (I really appreciated that because I was working). The internet was fast, bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

Moved to the third room because of ac not working. Settled with that room just because it was last one open since we was there for softball tournaments. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and other mildew odors. Very hot in the hallways and needed vacuuming. Will not recommend this place. The bottom floor side door was able to be opened without a key so was not safe at all!!!!!

The noise level was a bit intense. Evidently there was no sound-proofing done at the time of construction. Otherwise, though, the room was clean and comfortable.
