The master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV. On the first floor, one bedroom has a comfortable bed, its own bathroom, and a TV, while the second bedroom also has a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom.

The living room is located on the second floor and offers a bright, open space with plenty of seating and a large TV, making it ideal for relaxing or streaming your favorite shows. Also on the second floor is the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials, along with a convenient half bathroom.

Guests will also enjoy the laundry room located upstairs, TVs in the master bedroom, one downstairs bedroom, and the living room, as well as high-speed WiFi, free parking on-site, and a private patio/backyard.

Best of all, the home is just minutes away from NRG Stadium, the Texas Medical Center, and the University of Houston, with quick access to downtown, shopping, and Houston’s best dining.

Guests should have complete access to the entire home, with the exception of one room by the front entrance and a couple of closets used to store the owner’s housewares.
