This spacious & beautiful home is just 1 block from the water & a short stroll to the Kemah Boardwalk, where you can enjoy games, rides, live bands, & seasonal festivities. Explore the nearby marina, indulge in delicious dining at fantastic restaurants, & experience lively bar hopping - all within walking distance. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean the grill out (remove food & dump the ashes) before departing, if you used it. Our cleaner charges $50 if she has to clean it.
Turn the Ac up to 76 degrees in the summer; turn the heat down to 68 in the winter.
