Great location!!

Stayed here with the family and it was a great experience. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Didn’t spend too much time at the house but the time that we did it felt comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking close to this area.

We had a great time in Katy TX. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. Host was easy to communicate with. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but tolerable for the 3 nights that we spent in the house.

Although the description said it slept 8 we only had sleeping available for 6. It wasn’t a deal breaker since two of the kids slept on a couch and a love seat.

We rated the stay an overall 4 because of the mattresses. The mattresses are either extremely old or extremely cheap. Felt like sleeping on spring, topped with a thin layer of cardboard with a little bit of cushioning, the mattresses themselves were extremely noisy also.Other than that, extremely satisfied.

This was a very good stay overall. There were a few light bulbs out in the front porch and in the closet. We needed a few more towels and the sheets seem to small for the mattress. I would definitely stay again and just bring a few things along with me. Good stay overall and I would recommend. Thank you

Owner was great, but the property itself needed upgrades and fixings. Bathroom toilet kept running. Beds aren’t comfortable. Bare minimum in the kitchen. 1 key and 1 garage door opener.

As advertised but needs attention to details

Nice home, newly furnished My guess is we were among the 1st to rent. Guest shower didn't work, and not enough towels or kitchen supplies. I still recommend this home, and assume the owner will rectify the shortcomings Also, parking in the garage was a nice surprise
