Minutes away from the Galleria, a slew of restaurants and tourist attractions. Fast access to Midtown, NRG, Museum District, the Med Center, University of Houston and many exciting landmarks in between! This space comes equipped with all of the amenities that you need, including a full kitchen and spacious closets.

This is a one bedroom apartment that has a king size bed in the bedroom. The sectional turns into a futon bed. As well as there is a twin size air mattress.
Guest access
Information will be provided to guests 48 - 24 hours before day of arrival. Complete remote entry from main gate to access from garage. THIS ACCESS IS ONLY FOR PAID GUESTS ONLY!! During your stay you will have access to the pool and the gym.
Other things to note
We do not allow pets. We do not allow parties or large gatherings of more than 8 people on the premises. No smoking of any sort inside the property (patio or outside is allowed). No loud noise please be courteous to your neighbors. Any damages done will be fined minimum of $800 unless worked out with host. Keep to the rules and regulations and
enjoy your stay.
