Parking – Each apartment has one assigned spot (HAZ 3 = Spot #3). Do not use other units’ spaces. Street parking is available, but please avoid blocking driveways.

Pets Policy
• All pets must be approved by the host. An additional fee applies.
• Unauthorized pets will incur $500 extra fee.

Mid-Stay Cleanings – Required weekly for extended stays (7+ nights). Fee applies.

We normally request an additional deposit of $100 per stay. This amount is refundable within 48hours after checkout, once our cleaners confirm there's no damage. Please report any damage with photos on the day of arrival.
