Terrible experience, check in was at 4, we arrived at 3:40 with a maintenance man there, said we couldn’t get in for at least another hour, then called the host and promptly left. Tried to contact the host who wouldn’t answer his phone, to let us in the property. At 4:45 the cleaning crew showed up to clean the apartment. We finally got ahold of the host and he didn’t know the situation and did not provide any apologies or take any accountability for the situation.
