Excellent spot!
I had an excellent experience here! Clean, very nice unit, bed, and bathroom. Loved the gated parking and the location! Also excellent communication. I called at 1am and was helped immediately. Loved the laundry in unit! AC worked great! Hot water worked great.
The only feedback I’d like to give is providing a little more details about going around back to get in and the interior access hallway. I was looking for a code lock on the outside. Also it might be a good idea to add a tensioned hinge on the front door to make sure it shuts behind people so you don’t get someone who leaves and leaves the door open. Wasn’t an issue for me but was just considering that!
Oh also, might be a good idea to put the tvs in guest mode so it logs everyone out of their apps after they leave. I think Roku might have a vacation rental specific guest mode.

Cozy Replacement Apartment
This is not the location of the listing this review is for. That apartment had some plumbing problems so the managers gave me another apartment nearby. The replacement apartment was actually in a better location if somewhat more distant that the location of the conference I was in Houston to attend. There was a problem with check-in, as I was not given the code for the front door. But overall, the adjustment was as described and went easy.

All good, except entry device wasn’t coded properly
Miscommunication between the property manager or owner and the entry device coder resulted in our not being able to get into the unit at check in time. They remedied the problem within 20 minutes but it was not a good start to our stay.
