"Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the blown fuse before we left for the day. Got back mid afternoon and still no refrigerator or microwave. I called the front desk again and they said it was noted. Got back around sundown Saturday and still no kitchenette. We called again to the front desk. We went out to breakfast Sunday morning and the housekeeper was in our room when we got back. Told her about the problem and she said they blow fuses all the time in the suites and better rooms. She also said they had a person who was supposed to respond to things like that over the weekend. Not sure why that was not done. She said she would look into it and about 3 minutes later the power came back on! The other housekeeper on the floor fixed the problem! We were inconvenienced for over 24 hours and all our refrigerator stuff was not kept chilled. Nothing we had to throw away thankfully. Housekeeping gets an A+ but front desk response to the problem gets an F."
"Staff was friendly. Runs were clean. Breakfast were available and pretty good. No complaints other than the temperature in the second floor hallway. The air-conditioning apparently wasn’t working, but the rooms were good."
"The rooms were awesome. They were large and spacey. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Really good price. We had a king suite for $175. Parking was easy. Restaurants and shopping near by. The only thing that disappointed was the free breakfast. Just a micro breakfast. Cracker Barrel is near by.
But I will definitely go back."
"The nicest staff ever. When we walked in the GM was hosting a bbq lunch for the workers who stopped everything to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed at all times. One of the receptionists even walked us around to help us see where all the amenities were. They were kind to our girls and made connections with them from the start. Highly recommend."
