"I left briefly after I arrived because there was people there & she did not try to work with me it was very frustrating while trying to get in contact with her she kept picking up & hanging up on my face even multiple attempts of Expedia contacting her I didn’t want a full refund because I understand her policy but she didn’t try to work with me for a solution. "We stayed for a few nights so that we could attend Halloween Horror nights at Universal Studios Orlando. The home is a one story home with no steps to enter, so although we did not need those features, it would be a great advantage to those with mobility problems. Having 2 bathrooms was advantageous to us so that we could all get ready at the same time. The neighborhood is quite and has convenient access to stores and restaurants which is nice when you are not familiar and the area. What I liked about the property is that they was stuff there that we didn't bring or that we didn't know that we needed like a snack baggie, sunblock and things like a blender cup and having the washer and dryer was such a bonus so that we could go home with clean clothes if we wanted to."

"The room was clean. The kitchen was stocked with plates and utensils which saved on having to buy paper plates.the microwave worked well and the fridge was a decent size. The beds were actually nice and there were plenty of pillows.The pool area had a playground and yard games. It was too cold for a Floridian to swim but the water did feel warm when I stuck my hand in it.The only complaint I have is that the room we stayed in needs a new door. Over all it's an older hotel but really nice. It was also conveniently located next to a gas station and less than a mile from Publix. They even gave us a paper that listed what's nearby. It was worth the stay and we will use this place again for anymore upcoming competitions we have in Orlando."
