Yolande is een goed verhuurder, reageert vrijspeel direct op een vraag. Catherine is erg aardig, spreekt wel alleen Frans. Het appartement is voorzien van alle benodigdheden maar wel aan een update toe, met name de bank en matrassen. De verwarming is slecht regelbaar, het was erg warm in huis. Al met al hebben we 10 fijne dagen doorgebracht dus schroom niet om te boeken.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Lage und Umgebung. Es war alles perfekt für uns. Gut ausgestattetes Apartement.Gestört hat, dass die Balkonschiebetür nicht zu sichern ist. Allerdings in der 2.ten Etage. Und wenn schon Antihaftbeschichtete Töpfe, dann sollte die Antihaftbeschichtung vollständig intakt sein. Ansonsten gut sortierte Küche.

Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, relaxte strandsfeer, geen opsmuk, toeters of bellen. Perfecte ligging, eigen parkeerplaats, rustig appartementen complex, groot balkon met heerlijke schaduwplekjes en je staat in 2 minuten op het prachtige strand! In de omgeving heerlijke golfbaan, fijne restaurants en gezellige winkelstraatjes, oftewel La douce France!

Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable et au calme à quelques pas de la plage et des commerces. La ville d' Houlgate est de toute beauté et des plus agréables, elle incite à la découverte, aux longues promenades et à la baignade. La résidence gagnerait à être rénovée (cage d'escalier, fenêtres) et modernisée, notamment en sécurisant l'entrée principale qui est accessible à tout un chacun. Globalement très bon séjour, à recommander.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Super sind der kurze Weg zum Strand und die ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Houlgate ist ein schöner Ferienort für eine kleine Familie. In der Umgebung kann man viele tolle Dinge unternehmen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren als Familie dort mit 2 Kindern. Obwohl das Appartement nicht arg groß ist, hatten wir genügend Platz. Das Appartement ist schön hell und hat einen großen Balkon. Die Lage ist toll - zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten, zum Zentrum ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
